Overview:
The StreamSync provides seamless connectivity, enabling the integration of Dante audio with NDI® video streams.
Its versatile video switching matrix allows dynamic routing of HDMI, NDI®, and annotation inputs to HDMI, NDI®, or USB outputs. Optimized for diverse workflows, it excels in both local and remote setups utilizing third-party technologies, making it ideal for creating professional audio-visual solutions

Interfaces
Reset: Hold down the Reset button and press the Power button to turn on the device. Continue holding until the Power button starts flashing, indicating that the device is entering reset mode and is ready for a firmware reload through the Web UI.
Power button:
- Press it to turn on the device (blue light on)
- Press and hold it to turn it off (blue light off)
Get Started
1. Power connection: Connect StreamSync1 to its power adapter or a POE++ switch.
2. Network connection: Connect to a DHCP-enabled switch via Ethernet for network access.
3. Input connection: HDMI IN: Connect to HDMI source.
4. Output connection: HDMI OUT: Connect to a monitor. VC OUT: Connect to a PC.
5. Web UI access: When the interfaces are connected as above, you need to login the web UI of StreamSync1 to complete some basic settings.
You can refer to the following two methods to login the web UI:
+ Via Windows File Explorer

a. For Windows 7/8/8.1/ 10/11 users, you can find your StreamSync1 device in the Network > Other Device section of the File Explorer, provided the StreamSync1 is connected to the same local network as your computer.
- b. Double click the device icon to open the Web UI.
+ Via USB NET
- a. Connect the StreamSync1 to your computer through Config port using a USB cable.
- b. Type the USB NET IP address 192.168.66.1 in your web browser to open the Web UI.
6. Enter the default, case-sensitive username and password (both Admin) in the SIGN IN page. We suggest you change the
password after the initial log-in. A Change the password after your initial login for security.
7. Set up the device for your sessions after logging in successfully.
